Sometimes when Guests see this message, it means they already have a
reservation associated to the ticket – I’m hoping this might be the case for you too! Let me show you how to check if you have a reservation.
~ On the
Disneyland website, log in to the account you used to purchase your tickets. Go to My Disneyland, Ticket and Reservation Details, View My Park Reservations. At the bottom of this page, you will see your reservations.
~ In the
Disneyland mobile app, go to Future Plans and you will see your reservations there.

contact Ticket Services via phone, as your trip is just around the corner.
