This is an issue we’ll want to get resolved as soon as possible so you can be on your way to enjoying a day of
fantasy and
adventure! To check to see if your tickets already have theme park reservations booked, visit the
My Theme Park Reservations link accessible from the
ticket and reservation details page. If your tickets already have reservations attached to them but they are for dates that you didn’t require, you may cancel those reservations and return to the ticket and reservation page to book new reservations. If you don’t see current reservations linked to your tickets but are still having difficulty making new theme park reservations, you may submit an
inquiry by email or place a phone call to the
Tickets phone line. Be sure to share your theme park ticket number and/or ticket purchase confirmation number.
There are a few special cases to keep in mind.
Disneyland Resort Magic Key holders with a Dream Key or Believe Key may have up to six future theme park reservations for dates within the next 90 days. The Enchant Key pass may have up to four theme park reservations and the Imagine Key pass may have up to two at a time. Theme park reservations with a Magic Key pass are subject to availability as indicated by the
Magic Key Access Calendar. Guests who have purchased the
Southern California Resident Weekday Ticket Offer may make and use up to three theme park reservations from January 3, 2022, through May 26, 2022. Southern California Resident tickets are subject to the same
availability as standard theme park tickets.
Tony’s Tip: February is a fantastic time to book a reservation at the Disneyland Resort. The
Lunar New Year celebration is currently underway through February 13, 2022. It’s one of my favorite events of the year. February is also Black History Month. The Disneyland Resort honors black history and culture this month with
Celebrate Soulfully. I’m looking forward to listening to some live jazz music played in the lobby of the Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa.
