I purchased tickets for a trip in June of 2020 that we had to cancel due to COVID and was told that the tickets would still be good and that we would just need to pay the difference in any increase in park tickets. Is this still accurate?

Greetings, and welcome to planDisney, Jill, we thank you for your question!

Disneyland Resort, Mickey Mouse and friends will miss you greatly, but they will be waiting until you are ready to return to The Happiest Place on Earth!

Jill, Disneyland Resort theme park tickets are nonrefundable, but there is the possibility of applying the price paid of the unused, valid theme park tickets toward new tickets. Please Contact Disneyland Resort “Tickets” to speak to a friendly Cast Member who can assist you with this matter. My advice to you thereafter would be to link those new Disneyland Resort theme park tickets to your My Disneyland account and your Disneyland Mobile App, and please keep all correspondence in a safe place for future reference.

In preparation for a future arrival, keep a close watch over periodic Disneyland Resort special offers, deals and discounts. We love combining Disney land vacations with sea vacations by Disney Cruise Line for example, who just released itineraries from the Pacific Coast - wouldn’t that be an interesting and fun way to do a Disney Vacation? For any Disney Cruise Line planning questions please reach out to our amazing planDisney - Disney Cruise Line Specialists, Adrianna and Andrew!

Thank you for consulting planDisney, Jill, we look forward to being of any assistance with your future Disney Vacation plans!

    Magical Wishes ~ Jacqueline
