tickets purchased and linked to the Disneyland app. I am sorry to hear you are having trouble making theme park ticket reservations for two of the tickets. If you got an error mentioning the ticket reaching the theme park reservation limit, this is because you actually already have theme park ticket reservations for those tickets. Otherwise, you should be able to follow the steps on the
Disneyland website. If you click on the "Make or Modify Park Reservations", this will take you to a new page that will show you all of your current reservations being held for tickets linked to your account. There, you can see if any reservations are missing and click on "Book Theme Park Reservations". If you are still unable to make reservations for those two tickets, I recommend reaching out to
Ticket Services to speak with a Cast Member who may be able to assist you in getting those reservations all squared away.
I recommend taking some time before your visit to make sure the
Disneyland app is downloaded on your phone, and you take some time to play around on it. It is full of so many great features for your park days. My favorite feature is being able to
mobile order food from participating locations right in the app, so you can skip the lines! This helps my family out so much because we usually end up wanting to snack or eat at different locations. I recommend adding a credit card to your MyDisney Account ahead of time so that checking out for those mobile orders is quick and easy.
