I’m sorry you experienced a long wait time on the day you bought your tickets. There were many visitors to
Disneyland.com during the first couple days after theme park ticket sales resumed as Guests planned vacations at the same time-- myself included! I also purchased tickets that day, and I can assure you that Guests who bought their tickets on Disneyland.com only had to wait in the online queue once, and the process of making
theme park reservations was included in the ticket-purchasing process. To double-check that your desired day was reserved, open the
Disneyland mobile app. On the home screen is a section titled “Park Reservations.” Tap “Manage or Make Reservations” to view the details of your plans.
