Sometimes, I have had good luck locating missing emails in my email spam or junk mail folder. If you don’t happen to see your email there, you will hopefully still find information about your booked theme park reservations in “Future Plans” and/or the “My Genie Day” in the
Disneyland mobile app. Another place to go is the "
My Theme Park Reservations" page of the Disneyland Resort website. There, you may even click on a link to request a resend of your park reservation QR code. For more information, you may call the
Tickets phone line or use the chat feature in the Disneyland mobile app to reach out to a Cast Member.
