Hiya Paul,
Welcome to planDisney! Thank you for submitting your question to us.
As you know, the
Disneyland Resort requires both
theme park tickets and a
theme park reservation for park entry for guests. However, the number of park reservations is limited, so they may occasionally run out. “Oh bother!” But although the day you wish to visit no longer has reservations available, I recommend you continue checking the
Theme Park Reservation Calendar! Guests may change their plans and cancel their reservations, so keep checking for possible park reservations opening up in the future and book as soon as you see them!
Tip from Tiffany: I would also encourage you to upgrade your theme park ticket to a
Park Hopper! Park Hoppers allow Guests to go back and forth between
Disneyland Park and
Disney California Adventure Park starting at 11:00 AM PST (hours subject to change) as long as the parks do not reach capacity! You may not be able to start the day in your preferred park, but once the clock strikes 11:00 AM PST, you can bounce back and forth like our favorite stuffed tiger - “
the one and only Tigger!”
If you have other questions about the Disneyland Resort, remember - you’ve got a friend in me!
