I purchased tickets through TicketsAtWork and already linked them and make park reservations in MDE. But the email says that I need to pick up my will call tickets at a theme park ticket counter. Can I pick them up at Disney Springs instead?

Hi Brittany! Welcome back to planDisney!

You are going to have the BEST time when you visit the Walt Disney World Resort soon! You have been busy planning all the details of your magical vacation and you are about to have it all pay off when you are relaxing and taking it all in. I'm so happy for you!

Picking up your Walt Disney World theme park tickets at the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs is a great idea! This will save you precious time when you arrive at the theme parks. Parking is complimentary at Disney Springs which is another perk to picking up your tickets there. I highly recommend planning some extra time there for a little shopping and dining. There are a lot of great spots, but my husband and I LOVED The Polite Pig when we tried it a couple of months ago. It is already on our list of places to dine on our next visit!

I hope this helps with your planning, Brittany! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
