Hi, there!
Welcome to planDisney, Christina. I'm so happy you stopped by and even happier to hear you're planning a
Walt Disney World Resort vacation this January! It sounds like the perfect way to kick off the New Year.
I'm not sure why you're having trouble linking your Theme Park Tickets to your
My Disney Experience account. There is not a set amount of time that needs to pass between purchasing Theme Park Tickets and linking them to your account. You should be able to link them right away! My first piece of advice is to visit the
Claims page on the Walt Disney World Resort website. Click on the 'Tickets' icon and you'll be directed to a page where you can add the ID number for up to 10 tickets. This page is super helpful because it helps you identify your ticket type so you can locate your ID number. If reviewing the ticket types isn't helping, not to fret! I recommend calling the Ticketing Team at (407) 934-7639. A friendly Cast Member there will be happy to assist you!
I did check the Tickets at Work website because I'm not familiar with that vendor, and I found some information that might be useful on the FAQ page. In addition to information about how to retrieve tickets, there is a customer service number listed there. If you don't see the ID numbers for the tickets you purchased from Tickets at Work in your confirmation email, their customer care representatives may be able to help you.
As you're counting down the days to your Walt Disney World Resort vacation, be sure to keep an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog. It's your best resource for news and updates about Disney Parks and destinations!
I hope this was helpful, Christina. Please let us know if you have any other questions about your Disney vacation! We'd love to help you plan a magical visit.
