We have purchased tickets through a third party. Can we still use magicbands and if so how do they work?

    Hi, Lucie,
Thanks so much for reaching out to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I'm happy to help you link a park ticket to a Magic Band.

The first step is connecting your tickets to a My Disney Experience account. Once each person in your travel party has an account, you can link your tickets.

Once all of your tickets are in My Disney Experience, you can purchase a MagicBand once you arrive into Walt Disney World Resort or ahead of time from the Disney Store online.

If you purchase the MagicBands at the resort, you can visit Guest Relations in the parks or Disney Springs to link the bands to each person's ticket. If you get MagicBands before your trip, you can go online to link your tickets. The website will walk you through the process.

My family loves using MagicBands during our visits to the parks. Our favorite part is using them on FastPass+ rides!

Let me know if I can answer any other questions leading up to you trip!
