Hi Keunyoung! Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your great question!
Ugh, I am so sorry that your visit to
Walt Disney World Resort had to be canceled due to the pandemic. I know how much time and effort goes into planning a vacation, so that must have been such a bummer. But, I am so glad to hear you are thinking about booking another Walt Disney World Resort vacation, especially since you will now get to visit during
Walt Disney World's 50th Anniversary Celebration! I'd call that a silver lining, wouldn't you?!
I'm so excited to help you get started on your rescheduled trip, so let's get your tickets taken care of. The unused tickets from your canceled trip in 2020 will have expired, but the value of those tickets will remain in your account and can be applied toward a future ticket purchase. The expired, unused tickets would not show up in your
My Disney Experience account, which is why you're not seeing them when logged in. However, they can easily be applied toward your future visit by speaking with one of the Cast Members on the Existing Tickets team at (407) 934-7639. They will be happy to take care of this for you.
During Walt Disney World's 50th Anniversary Celebration, there is so much to enjoy, including some fantastic shows available throughout all four theme parks. If you do nothing else, make sure you check out the incredible nighttime show,
Disney Enchantment, at
Magic Kingdom Park. This fireworks spectacular is really special and is the perfect way to end your magical day in the parks! Make sure you keep an eye on the My Disney Experience App for showtimes during your visit.
I do hope this has been helpful to you! Please stop by again if you have any questions as you continue to plan your magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation.
See you real soon!
Diana
