    We purchased tickets for specific park and date. Due to Covid increase we might not make our flight. I read that if we cancel the tickets, even though they are non- refundable we might be able to get credit to use on future visit. If so, how can we do this

    Thanks for visiting us here at the planDisney Panel! I am sorry that you will not be able to visit the Walt Disney World Resort. Unfortunately, this pandemic has caused many of us to modify or cancel travel plans. For the most part, theme park tickets are non-refundable. However, I would recommend that you contact the Disney Reservation Center at 1 (407) 566-4985 to discuss the ticket options. They will be able to view your type of tickets and advise what can be done. I would also recommend that you also familiarize yourself with this page as it contains the most up to date information on the re-opening of the theme parks: Parks and Tickets: Know Before You Go.
