I'm sorry to hear that you have purchased tickets that you haven't been able to use yet. I would first start off by looking in your email account if you purchased them online. If you previously linked them to your Disney account, they should still be there if they are still valid. I suggest checking through the
Disneyland app to see if they show up in the "Ticket and Passes" section. If you still come up empty after both of those attempts, my next suggestion would be to reach out to
Ticket Services. They will have the ability to look up your account and hopefully find your tickets.
If you purchased your tickets this year, they should still be valid until December 30, 2023. If you already looked for them and they aren't on your Disney account it could be because your tickets have expired if you purchased them in a previous year. The good news is if your tickets happen to be expired, you can use the purchase price of your expired tickets toward the purchase of new tickets as long as your expired tickets were wholly unused.
