Hey there, Brinkley. Thanks for taking the time to visit us on planDisney!
I’m so sorry to hear you had a long wait time on the phone and were unable to speak directly with a Cast Member. After being closed for over a year due to the pandemic, countless Guests are flocking to the Happiest Place on Earth to soak in all the Disney magic! Unfortunately, many Guests are also seeking assistance from Cast Members for various reasons. I have a couple of suggestions, Brinkley. You can try
calling Disneyland Resort Ticket Service early in the morning, at (714) 781-4636. I’ve found that my wait times to connect with a Cast Member are much shorter when I call early in the mornings versus in the afternoons.
Alternatively, if you have the
Disneyland mobile app on your smartphone, you can chat with a Cast Member. When you open the app, click on the three short horizontal lines located on the lower right-hand corner. Then click “Chat with Us” on the lower left. You can then send your message to a Cast Member who will be able to assist you directly.
Lastly, though not the safest option (because
theme park reservations may run out), is to wait until your arrival to the Disneyland Resort to visit a Main Entrance ticket booth and upgrade your ticket to a Park Hopper. By then, there may not be availability, so your best bet will most likely be calling early in the morning or using the chat feature on the Disneyland mobile app as soon as possible. That way, you can secure your theme park reservations without having to worry whether you’ll be able to Park Hop or not.
I hope this helps, Brinkley. If you have additional questions, please don’t hesitate to visit us on
planDisney again. We’re all EARS!
See ya real soon,
Kiki
