I purchased 5 tickets. How do I 'send' the tickets to the appropriate guests? I see reassign but unsure if that's what I need to click on. Thank you.

Hi there, Rita! Welcome to planDisney!

Oh my Mickey waffles! You'll be at the Walt Disney World Resort in only four days! Can you believe your jolly holiday vacation is almost here? I'm sure you're already dreaming of the twinkly lights, the decorations, and of course, the holiday treats!

Now that your trip is so close, we need to make sure everyone has their tickets all squared away. Fortunately, that's as easy as enjoying a warm hug from a certain snowman! And you're already on the right track, Rita. To assign a ticket you've purchased to someone in your party, you'll hop into your My Disney Experience account and click on "Reassign" under that ticket. As long as the person is connected to your Family & Friends list, you can simply select that Guest as the recipient of the ticket. And that's it! The ticket will be associated with that Guest, so they can just use their MagicBand or Admission Card to enter the theme parks.

I hope this helps you put the finishing touches on your vacation plans, Rita. I'm so excited for you to experience the most wonderful time of the year at The Most Magical Place on Earth. The theme parks really do seem to glow during the holidays, and I just know you're going to love it!

Thank you so much for stopping by to see us, and have a magical vacation at the Walt Disney World Resort!

    Keep Disney Dreaming,

    Kathy K.

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
