I have purchased tickets and secured a hotel reservation for Disneyland. I cannot secure a park reservation because I do not have the ticket numbers. How can I get that information to reserve a park reservation?

    Hello April,

Thank you so much for stopping by planDisney!

It's so great to hear that you're making plans for your Disneyland Resort Vacation Package. I can imagine that you're very much looking forward to all that magic that's awaiting you.

It's easy to view and manage your theme park reservations with your "My Theme Park Reservations" features. Simply start by signing in to your "My Theme Park Reservations" page in your Disneyland Resort account. You'll see an option for Guests who have a vacation package that includes a stay at one of the Hotels of the Disneyland Resort to link their hotel reservation using the "Retrieve Hotel Reservation" feature. When you enter your reservation confirmation number, you should then see the steps for making a theme park reservation for your visit.

April, I hope this information helps you with making your theme park reservations. If you find you still need some assistance with your tickets, you can reach out to the Disneyland Resort Ticket Services team at (714) 781-4636.

Be sure to check out the Disney Parks Blog as a fun way to stay in the know about all the exciting experiences coming to "The Happiest Place on Earth." There are always so many cool updates to help you plan your visit.

April, here's wishing you lots of wonderful fun when you visit the Disneyland Resort!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
