Oh my, your conundrum sounds quite curiouser and curiouser. Although, it's nothing that we can't solve together. I'm wondering if you might already have confirmed theme park reservations and this is why you are receiving the error message. When you purchase your theme park tickets at the Disneyland site or in the
Disneyland app, you are prompted to select the day(s) of your visit which also creates a confirmed theme park reservation for you. Let's double-check to see if this is hopefully the case.
At the Disneyland site, click on
"Theme Park Reservations" found under the heading "My Disneyland" toward the top right corner. Next, click "Make or Modify Park Reservations" and after you've logged into your MyDisney account, you will see a list of all confirmed theme park reservations. As long as you see a reservation for each visit date and each ticket, you are good to go! You can also find your theme park reservations in the Disneyland app by tapping "☰" to open the menu and then tapping "Future Plans." I'm hoping that you will see your theme park reservation here, however, if you don't, I recommend reaching out to a friendly Cast Member at the
Tickets phone line for additional assistance.
You will be visiting just after Halloween Time has ended and just before the Holidays at the Disneyland Resort begin. Not to worry, you can still get into the spirit of things by experiencing
Haunted Mansion Holiday. You will need to join the
virtual queue to experience this attraction, so get those fast fingers ready.
