I purchased my tickets through Sams Club. When I received them it says I must show proof of Florida residency . What do I do?

Welcome to planDisney, Lynn! Thanks so much for coming to us with your question today. Your Theme Park tickets are one of the most important parts of your vacation, so let's chat about what you might have purchased and where to go from here.

Lynn, it sounds like you might have purchased Florida Resident tickets that require proof of a Florida address to be used. Since you purchased from a third party, I don't know exactly what kind of admission you have so I recommend that you get in touch with the place you purchased your tickets and see if they can help you figure out the requirements of using your admission. If you did purchase Florida Resident tickets, they cannot be activated without proof of residency, so it's important that you contact someone about your tickets as soon as possible so you can ensure you have the right kind of admission for your upcoming trip.

If you do end up needing to purchase new tickets, make sure to check out the Special Offers, Deals & Discounts page for all of the ticket and Resort Hotel deals on offer. Right now, the 4-Day, 4-Park Magic Ticket is the hot ticket deal for the summer, so check that out and see if that might be right for your trip!

    Have a magical day, Lynn!
