Hi , I purchased tickets prior (3 day , 1 park per day) for disneyland. I am a resident of CA. now i see that there is a promotional price for CA residents for the same days i'll be in Disneyland. How do I get a price adjustment for the promo?

Hi there, Mike. Welcome to planDisney.

I’m so glad to see your trip to the Happiest Place on Earth is in a couple of weeks. And how delightful it is that you’ll be taking advantage of the California Resident promotion. It’s a great way to save money when visiting the beloved Disneyland Resort theme parks! Plus, you can’t beat having that extra day to enjoy all the pixie-dusted fun.

To upgrade your current tickets to the promotional tickets, simply head to a Main Entrance ticket booth and a Cast Member will gladly assist you. You’ll present the current ticket (you can show the ticket barcode on the Disneyland mobile app on your phone) and you’ll just pay the difference for the upgrade. You’ll be asked to show a form of identification as proof of California residency. Once everything is confirmed, be sure to make your theme park reservations!

I hope this information is helpful for you. Please don’t hesitate to visit us on planDisney again if you have further questions.

    See ya real soon,
    Kiki

Meet the Panelist: Kiki, California

Greetings from Northern California! I have been fascinated by the magic of Disney since I was a little girl; now that I am a mother of two, I love watching my children experience Disney Parks through their own eyes. I am also surrounded by fellow Disney-loving nurse friends whom I enjoy quick adults-only Disneyland Resort escapes with. Whether you are planning your once-in-a-lifetime family trip or a short adults-only getaway to the Happiest Place on Earth, I am here to help!
