    We purchased our tickets pre covid and since then there has been a number of changes and extras that we won’t have had. How do we know wether we have the park hopper option? As previously this would have been included as standard.

    It's my happy job to be the current UK-based planDisney Panelist, therefore of course I'm able to fully appreciate your enquiry concerning the global pandemic, and your Disney Theme Park Tickets!  It really has been such a long, and unmagical road for all of us to travel, but thankfully sunnier Florida skies seem to be with us once again!

    Lauren, as I'm unable to access your My Disney Experience account, it is understandably a little tricky for me to know exactly which Disney Theme Park Tickets are currently linked to your account.  In this instance, and to put your mind at rest before you arrive at Walt Disney World Resort next month, I do think it would be best for you to connect in person with a knowledgeable Cast Member.

    Cast Members can be contacted via the UK freephone number contained within this Walt Disney Travel Company - Contact Us webpage.

    However, I am pleased to share that the new Magic Tickets are almost identical to the older style Ultimate Tickets!  They are both the same in that Magic Tickets still include unlimited access to all 4 Disney Theme Parks (when combined with Disney Park Pass reservations) and splashtastically unlimited access to the Disney Water Parks too.  Plus Magic Tickets also include the Park Hopper Option, and the Memory Maker element as well!
