I purchased tickets for 5 people and while trying to reserve a day to enter the park, it said, "This park has reached its theme park reservations limit." I checked for availability and the park that I wanted was available. Do I lose all my money?

Hey there, Karla! Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your reservation question. I'm sorry to hear that you seem to be having some issues with the reservation system and your tickets. Let's see if we can't get this all cleared up!

I can't be certain since I'm not able to walk through your issue with you step-by-step like a Cast Member may be able to do, but I think the issue may be that you already have reservations and this is why you are getting this error. If you purchased the tickets through the Disneyland website it would have had you select the reservation dates during the check-out process. Let me walk you through the steps to see if you already have reservations booked.

-First, head to the Disneyland website and log in to your account.

-Hover over the "My Disneyland" tab and click on "Ticket and Reservation Details".

-On this page, you will see a few options. Under "If you've already purchased a ticket:", click on "View My Park Reservations".

-Now you should be on the "My Theme Park Reservations" page. Now I will be holding my breath and crossing my fingers that when you scroll down you will see the theme park ticket reservations under "Upcoming Theme Park Reservations". Did that work?!

Now if for some reason there are not any reservations listed, scroll up just a bit and click on the "Book Theme Park Reservation" link and see if you have any success that way. If you still aren't successful in scoring those reservations, I think a call or chat with Ticket Services would be your best option. A Cast Member should be able to look closer at your tickets and figure out what the issue may be.

Karla, I want to thank you again for taking the time to visit us at planDisney. You are so close to experiencing the magic at The Happiest Place on Earth!
