Hello, John!
Welcome to planDisney! I am so glad that you found us here and brought your important planning question to us today. Can you believe that your magical vacation to join in the
World’s Most Magical Celebration is just a few days away? You will be enjoying
Disney’s Fab 50 Character Collection as just one of the new experiences created just for the festivities. You will find 50 golden sculptures on display across all 4 theme parks. They make the perfect selfie partner. Can you find them all?
Disney’s MagicMobile Service allows Guests to access their theme park tickets, Genie+ and Individual Lightning Lane experiences, and add PhotoPass photos to their
Memory Maker accounts. Before you can set up a MagicMobile pass for the members of your travel party, you will need to make sure that you have already assigned a ticket to each of them in My Disney Experience. This can be done by
linking the Will Call Ticket ID number or confirmation number in the email receipt you received. After you have linked the tickets, you can assign them to a member of your travel party and confirm the assignment. You will also want to confirm that you have already made
Park Pass reservations for each member of your party for each day you will be visiting a theme park. Since the phased reopening of Walt Disney World, all parks are operating at limited capacity, and reservations are required for entry.
To set up Disney’s MagicMobile service, open the My Disney Experience mobile app and tap the more icon [3 horizontal lines]. Select the
Disney MagicMobile button and choose the members of your party who will need a mobile pass. You can even customize the pass from several styles. Once your pass is ready, it will be saved to the mobile wallet of your device. You can share a pass via iMessage with others in your party, who can save the pass to use with their smartphone or Apple Watch. To enter a theme park, they can hold their smartphone or Apple Watch to the touchpoint to scan and they are in! MagicMobile works best with an iPhone or Android device that has Google Pay.
See ya real soon,
Andrea
