Why hello there, Judith! Welcome to planDisney. You've brought us a great question!
While theme park reservations have been around for a bit now, they still can be confusing and it's very much a new way to navigate the parks for many. If you purchased your tickets on
Disneyland's website or through the
Disneyland app, it would have had you select the dates you wanted to visit during the checkout process. Once you made your purchase your theme park ticket reservations were also made for you. Your tickets should already be linked to the account that you purchased them on.
To double-check that you have theme park ticket reservations, log in to your Disney account. Next, hover over "My Disneyland" and then click on "
Ticket and Reservation Details". On this page, you will click on "Make Park Reservations". This will take you to a new page and if you scroll down there is an Upcoming Reservations section. Hopefully, you will see all of your tickets are reservations located there. That means your tickets are linked to your account and theme park reservations are made.
Judith, I hope you can see your tickets and reservations and are good to go. If you have any other questions for us be sure to visit us again! See you real soon!
Carrie
