Hello there Ovsanna! Thank you for bringing your great question to planDisney.
Disneyland Resort
theme park tickets are nonrefundable, however, I do have a few options for you! The first option is to invite other friends or family members to join you on your magical visit! The tickets that are no longer going to be used can be used for other Guests that are able to join you. I know I would be raising my hand quicker than you could say "Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah" to join friends at the "Happiest Place on Earth!" You could scan their tickets for them when they enter the gates, or they can use their
Disneyland app. They can navigate to the three horizontal bar line in the bottom-right hand corner, and tap "Tickets and Passes." They can then tap "Link Tickets & Passes" and either scan the ticket barcode, or manually enter in the ticket number.
Another option would be to hold onto the tickets, and plan another trip for a later date! Most Disneyland Resort tickets have an expiration date that is far into the future, so you could save those tickets for another trip. That could be a great option to enjoy the magic for a future trip!
I'm hoping that you and your party enjoy
Holiday Time at the Disneyland Resort, and have a very merry trip! If you think of any other questions Ovsanna,
please come back to planDisney.
Have a magical day!
Melissa
