Hi Brandi,
Welcome to planDisney! So glad to see you popping by with a question.
The great news is that you have tickets. If you have not done so already,
link those tickets in My Disney Experience and check the expiration dates. Your ticket expiration dates may have been extended, so you could use them later, if and when park hopping returns. Since it looks as if you are coming back soon and may be planning to use those tickets, contact the Ticketing Team at 407-560-2428.
If there is a chance you may return to use the tickets at a later time and the expiration dates have been extended, you could save them. With the current
Disney Park Pass system in place for the foreseeable future, guests need valid theme park admission to make Disney Park Pass system reservations and all guests currently need a Disney Park Pass to enter a theme park. When the Disney Park Pass system opened, I was relieved to know that we had theme park admission as Annual Passholders so that we could make park reservations.
As you make your decision, keep an eye on the
operational updates, especially those related to
theme park experiences. Also consider adding a
resort hotel to those Park Hopper tickets and continuing to plan a trip for next year. We just booked a reservation for the 50th anniversary and I am so excited!
Brandi, although plans may look slightly different, magic still awaits. Sending you a little extra ticketing pixie dust as you try to get a refund and/or modify!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
