I purchased tickets, and I have park reservations with confirmation numbers, but I don't know where to find my tickets/QRcodes to enter the parks. I didn't receive them by email and I can't find them on the app. Where do I find them? Thanks.

Hi there, Hilary! Thanks so much for swinging by planDisney with your question!

Let's see if we can find those tickets! I'm sure you're eager to get all your Disneyland logistics settled so you can start planning out the magic of those park days. Just to clear up any confusion, you will only need the ticket barcode to enter the parks. When the parks first reopened, you were also sent a QR code that corresponded to the theme park reservation. These have been phased out as the reservation is attached to your ticket. You should be all set with just the barcode ready to scan at the Main Entrance Gates!

If you purchased your tickets through the Disneyland website while logged into your account, we should be able to easily pull them up for you. You can find them by opening up the Disneyland Mobile App, tapping the three-bar menu in the bottom right-hand corner, and selecting "Tickets & Passes". Here, you will see any active tickets linked to your account. It sounds like you may have already looked in here, but I just wanted to double-check before we move on to some other options. Follow me!

If tickets were purchased from a third party or another Guest purchased them on your behalf, you may need to manually link them to your account. You may also want to try this even if you did purchase them yourself just in case Stitch got into the system and caused a glitch! It's great that you have the confirmation numbers because that's all you'll need to make this magic happen! Let's take out the app again and head back to "Tickets & Passes". This time, tap the "+" in the top right-hand corner and select "Link Tickets & Passes". At the bottom, you should see the option to manually enter the ticket number. You will need to do this individually for each ticket. Let's try it! Any luck?

I'm hoping those tickets have revealed themselves by now, but on the off-chance that they are still hiding, I recommend calling in the magic makers. The Cast Members in Guest Services will be happy to help you. Have those confirmation numbers ready when you give them a ring as that will surely help them track them down!

Hilary, I really hope we were able to light the path with pixie dust to find those tickets. While you're awaiting your time in the magic, I highly recommend listening to the planDisney Podcast. My fellow panelists are giving out their best tips and tricks for spending time in the parks! I like to listen with a pen and paper ready - the tips are just that good!

    Magic awaits!
