Hi Lesbia,
Thank you for taking the time to send your question to us here at planDisney. I am so sorry to hear that you were unable to use your Theme Park Tickets prior to the temporary closure of
Disneyland Resort, hopefully you will be able to visit in the future!
With the
temporary closure of Disneyland Resort last year most Theme Park Tickets automatically had the expiry date extended to December 16, 2021. Since Theme Park Tickets are non-refundable, I hope that you will be able to get back to the Happiest Place on Earth shortly! If by chance you are unable to return prior to the new expiry date, the value of your wholly unused Theme Park Tickets can be applied toward the purchase of a new Theme Park Ticket. If you would like additional information regarding your specific Theme Park Tickets, I suggest calling
Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636 and a Cast Member will be happy to assist with any other questions you have.
In order to check if your tickets have had the expiration date extended, open the
Disneyland Mobile App on your smart phone and click on Tickets & Passes. If your tickets aren't showing, all you need to do is link the tickets to your
Disney Account by entering the number on the back of your Theme Park Ticket, or by scanning the barcode.
I hope you found this answer useful, Lesbia. If you have any other questions, please feel free to visit
planDisney again, we are always happy to help.
