Hi, I purchased tickets to this Oogie Boogie bash for a birthday. 1. When can I be let in and and when does it start? 2. There was some problem with my digital ticket and it's nonexistent online. Can I just show up with my ID and CC to get in?

Boo to you, Nicholas! Thanks for bringing your spook-tacular question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! It looks like you may have already enjoyed your frightfully fun adventures at Oogie Boogie Bash – A Disney Halloween Party, but just in case you haven’t, I wanted to pass along some helpful information.

Your Oogie Boogie Bash admission allows you to enter Disney California Adventure Park three hours prior to the 6:00 PM event start time on Tuesdays and Thursdays (3:00 PM entry), or four hours prior to the event start time on Sundays, as well as October 29 and 31, 2019 (2:00 PM entry). Regarding your issue with your digital Ticket, I’d suggest calling the Ticket Department at (714) 781-4636 in order to receive your confirmation number. If you already happen to have your confirmation number, you can head straight to a Main Entrance Ticket Booth upon arrival to have your Ticket printed out for you.

I recently had the opportunity to experience Oogie Boogie Bash, and I had so much fun! I was super impressed with the mix of classic Halloween Time experiences, along with new, exciting events, such as Villains Grove, Mickey’s Trick & Treat, and DescenDANCE! Villains Grove was my favorite part of the night, thanks to the spooky, yet enchanting atmosphere. I found myself immersed in this mystical land and I didn’t want to leave! I recommend heading to Villains Grove at the beginning of the party, or toward the end. I waited until the very end of the party, and was able to experience the walk through Redwood Creek Challenge Trail at my own pace, which was amazing!

Be sure to download the Disneyland app ahead of time so you can keep track of showtimes throughout the night.

    Happy haunting!
