    I purchased tickets online, it wont allow me to view them, have to go to guest services to pick up. What time does guest services open

    Dear Brenda,
    Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
    If you're required to pick up your Disneyland Resort Theme Park tickets at the Disneyland Main Entrance ticket booth, those are generally open half hour before the Parks do.
    My suggestion would be to arrive an hour ahead of time and be among the first guests in line so that you can enter the Parks as soon as possible after retrieving your paper ticket.
    Now, if you're staying at a Disneyland Resort Hotel, you can visit Guest Services at any time of the day since there will always someone at the front desk to assist with Park tickets and general resort questions and requests.
