I'm sorry you're having trouble linking your
theme park tickets to your Disneyland app. Let's take a look at a few potential solutions, and I'm hoping you'll be on your way to the magic!
My first recommendation is to logout of your
Disneyland App and log back in, as well as restart your mobile phone. Technology can be goofy at times, and sometimes all you need is a reset to get everything back on track!
After you open the
Disneyland app, navigate to the three horizontal bar line menu in the bottom right-hand corner and tap "My Tickets & Passes." Tap the (+) symbol in the upper right-hand corner or tap "Link Tickets & Passes." If scanning the ticket barcode still does not work, you can also try typing in the ticket number manually.
If you are still having issues, I recommend reaching out to a helpful Cast Member on the
