    I purchased our tickets online with standard shipping but when reading the terms and conditions I see that ticket orders are not accepted until confirmed with confirmation number. I have a confirmation number but do not know where to confirm it. Thanks! :)

    Hi Desiree!

    Your ticket purchase was confirmed when you received your confirmation number.  The wording is a bit confusing, but as long as you have that confirmation number, you are all set to pick up your tickets.  You can redeem them at any Guest Services throughout Disney World or at the Concierge desk at your Disney World Resort.
