    I purchased tickets online but my sister purchased them through the military. My tickets have specific dates of when we are coming to the park, hers do not. Does this mean she will have to wait in line to get into the park? Can I add those to my account

    Hey there, Randi! Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney. Your upcoming visit is just weeks away, so let's get your question answered.

    It sounds like you have purchased your tickets through the Disneyland website, which also confirms your theme park reservations once you've purchased your tickets. Currently, all tickets also require theme park ticket reservations for entry into the parks in addition to your tickets. This means that your sister also needs theme park ticket reservations for her tickets. To do this, she would link the tickets to her account, to your account, or both, and then make the reservations. The easiest way to do this is through the Disneyland app, which will also be very helpful to navigate your trip.

    After you have downloaded the Disneyland app, you will want to click on the three horizontal lines at the bottom right of the screen. Next, click "Tickets and Passes". This will probably prompt you to sign in to your account. Now you will be able to link tickets by clicking on the "+" at the top right corner. Your sister most likely received paper-printed tickets that will have ticket ID numbers she can manually enter to link the tickets. Once they are linked, click the bottom middle plus icon that will bring you to a pop-up menu. Click on "Make a Park Reservation" and follow the steps to make reservations for her tickets. 

    Reservations have been filling up fast for this month, so there is a chance that reservations are full for the days you need. My suggestion is to keep checking the Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar multiple times a day. The reservation calendar is fluid, so it is possible for reservations to appear for the dates you need as Guests cancel and reschedule. I have had the best success getting reservations for booked days the night before when many make last-minute cancellations.
