    I purchased tickets online, but never received an email confirmation.

    Hey there, Laura! Thanks for swinging by planDisney with your question. I’m sorry to hear you didn’t get an email confirmation with your tickets. Let me show you where you can find your tickets and reservations. 

    The easiest place to check is the Disneyland mobile app. Log in with the email/account you used to purchase the tickets. Click on Tickets and Passes and you should see the tickets/barcodes there. 

    Laura, you'll want to confirm that you have park reservations as well, as each Guest needs not only a valid ticket but also a park reservation for each day they plan to visit. In the app, if you click on Future Plans, you can see the theme park reservations. You can also check your reservations on the Disneyland website. Once you log in, click on My Disneyland, Ticket and Reservation Details, View My Park Reservations, and you should see your reservations listed there.
