Hey Howdy Hey Richard and welcome to planDisney!
Managing a group on a vacation to Walt Disney World Resort can take a lot. I am glad they have you to lean on to take the lead! Thank you for your question on linking tickets and MagicBand+, let's review some ways you can check your work and ensure everything is linked appropriately.
The place you are going to want to check is on your
My Disney Experience account. Towards the top of the page, you will see a heading "My Planning Party" where you should find everyone in your party that is linked to your trip that you can make plans for. As long as everyone is linked, scroll to the "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" section. Look for the heading "Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker" and click on it. This should bring up your party and the list of tickets that are assigned to them. If you need to, on the far right, there should be a link to reassign tickets that may have been inappropriately assigned. Super easy to reassign them to the right member if needed. As long as each member has tickets assigned appropriately, you are one step closer to being ready for your day in the parks!
Next, you are going to want to make sure all
MagicBand+ are linked. Go to the "My MagicBands and Cards" section by hovering over the My Disney Experience logo and clicking on "My MagicBands and Cards". Scroll to the bottom where you will find all members of your group with an icon next to their character with their MagicBand+ pictured. On the far right, you can also click on the link to see which MagicBands are linked to that individual account as well in the case some may have more than 1 MagicBand or MagicBand+ linked. As long as you see the tickets linked appropriately as well as the MagicBand+, my friend you are all set!
You are now able to get into the fun of planning for your upcoming trip in March. I would make sure to keep an eye on any news on the
EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival. This festival celebrates a new growing season and the transition to warmer weather. With spectacular views of fresh flowers and topiaries around the parks, you can also taste the unique offerings of the seasons with food booths stationed around the park as well. This is truly a celebration of the senses!
Best of luck as you continue to plan for your upcoming trip and feel free to stop back with any questions you may have, we are always happy to help!
Happy Planning,
Nick
