I purchased tickets online but paid with my credit card but tickets are for my son and his friend so he does not have my credit card will this cause an issue? I have linked their names to the tickets.

    Hi Amie!

Welcome to planDisney!  What a wonderful gift you're sharing with your son and his friend –– I'm sure their upcoming trip is going to be a memorable one, thanks to you!  It looks like he'll be visiting during one of my favorite events of the year, Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend.  Even if you're not a runner, there's nothing quite like the energy and excitement of a runDisney race weekend!

Don't worry, your son won't need your credit card to use his tickets.  You'll just want to make sure the tickets are linked to his My Disney Experience account so he and his friend will have access to them, as well as other exciting features like the new Disney Genie service, throughout the trip.  I also recommend that he take a picture of the confirmation email you received after your purchase to store in his phone.  That way, in the unlikely event of a ticket problem upon arrival, he can pop into Guest Relations at any Walt Disney World theme park and a Cast Member can assist him.

Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney, Amie.  I hope your son and his friend have a wonderful time during their upcoming trip!

    Happy New Year!
