Hi Missy!
Welcome to planDisney! Looking at your arrival date, I feel compelled to run around the house with my hands in the air, but I shall resist. Instead, I will just say that I am delighted to hEAR that you are soon to visit the Walt Disney World Resort!
If you have not done so already, check your spam or junk email folders. If you have a My Disney Experience account, doublecheck to make sure the tickets are not already linked. They may be if you were signed in when you made the purchase. If you still cannot find the confirmation, call 407-939-7679. Once you get the ticket numbers, you will need to
link your tickets to your
My Disney Experience account.
Prior to linking those tickets, be sure that everyone for whom you have purchased a ticket is connected in your
Family & Friends List in My Disney Experience. Since I manage plans for everyone in My Disney Experience, I have created profiles for them. You may have folks in your party who have their own My Disney Experience accounts. If so, you will need to
connect with their accounts. Just click on "Add a Guest" in the My Family & Friends List and then follow the prompts. Once you link a ticket, you will need to assign it to a member of your party. Be sure that you have downloaded the
My Disney Experience Mobile App. In the app, you can see linked tickets and to whom they are assigned.
Prior to arrival, I strongly recommend that you use the
Disney Park Pass system to make park pass reservations! Check the
theme park availability calendar to see which parks have availability for the dates of your visit. Once you make those park pass reservations, you should be able to see them in your My Disney Experience account.
Missy, I am sending a little extra pixie dust trusting that you will get those tickets linked! Your next
Incredible Disney Day awaits!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
