Hello, Heather!
Thank you so much for stopping by planDisney with your question! If you have purchased your tickets already, it sounds like you have a trip coming soon.
The Walt Disney World Resort strives to be eco-friendly, and no longer sends tickets in the mail. You can link your tickets to your My Disney Experience account by signing in and clicking on the
My Plans tab. Hover over the
Park Tickets button and click on
Link Tickets. Enter your confirmation number, from your email, in the space provided and click Next. Assign your tickets to the appropriate members of your group and confirm the assignment.
Disney is still in a phased reopening of all theme parks and they are currently operating at a limited capacity. All Guests are now required to have a
park pass reservation in addition to a valid theme park ticket for each day you plan to visit a park. I recommend that you make your reservations as soon as possible. Check the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar to make sure the parks you want to reserve are available. You may notice that all theme parks may currently be available, but I would not delay in making your reservation.
To make a reservation online, hover over the
Park Reservations button and click
Make a Park Reservation. Select everyone in your party that needs a reservation and click next. Select the date and then the park you want to visit and follow the prompts to confirm your choice. Repeat this process for each day you are planning to visit until you have a reservation for each day of your trip. If your tickets have the Park Hopper Option, you will not need to make a reservation for the other parks you plan to visit after 2:00 PM.
You will be able to access your tickets at the Main Entrance with a MagicBand if you have one. Guests can also use
Disney’s MagicMobile Service. If you have an iOs device or Android device that uses Google Pay, you can store a digital pass in your Apple Wallet. To set this up, open the My Disney Experience mobile app and tap the 3 horizontal lines in the lower right corner. Select the Disney MagicMobile button. Select all the Guests you want to create a pass for, you can personalize them for each member of your travel party. When you are done, save the passes to your Apple Wallet, You can share them with anyone in your party that has an iPhone or Apple Watch. This will allow your device to access your admission tickets, redeem Genie+ or Individual Lightning Lane experiences, and add PhotoPass photos to your
Memory Maker account. If you are a Guest of a
Disney Resorts Collection Hotel, you can unlock the door to your room and charge merchandise & food to your room account.
I hope this helps with your planning. If you have any more questions before you arrive, please come back and visit us again.
See ya real soon,
Andrea
