Hi Mary,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for your question!
May is such a great time to visit the Walt Disney World Resort! One quick tip, if you’re planning to go to EPCOT, make sure to plan in some extra time to visit the topiaries and food booths for the
EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival. This is one of my favorite festivals because it’s so beautiful and you can get distinct dishes that only come around this time of year.
If you just booked your Walt Disney World Resort tickets, your email confirmation should come at any time. In my experience, it typically comes within the first day of booking. If you’re not seeing it in your email inbox, make sure to check the junk and trash folders as well just in case it was put there accidentally. Hopefully it’s in your email and you can use your confirmation number to link your tickets!
Mary, when you booked, were you signed into your My Disney Experience account? If you were, your tickets may already be in your account! Let’s check really quick. Within the
My Disney Experience mobile app, select the three lines in the lower right corner, then select the box titled “Tickets and Passes”. In this section, if you were signed in while purchasing, you may see your tickets here. If so, you should be all set to start planning!
If you’re still having trouble finding or linking tickets via your confirmation, I suggest connecting with the
Existing Tickets desk so a Cast Member can help you out. When I call, I try to do so first thing in the morning around 7:00 a.m. Eastern so I can get in queue early in the day. Once your tickets are linked remember to book your
Disney Park Pass reservation next!
I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” is helpful as you begin to plan your May vacation to the Walt Disney World Resort. If you have any other planning questions,
please feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to help!
The Magic Is Calling,
Bryanna
