Hello, and welcome to planDisney, Rheal!
It’s so exciting that you’ll be visiting Walt Disney World Resort in time to experience all the magical festivities tied to the
50th Anniversary Celebration, congratulations!
Rheal, I am sorry you are having difficulty finding your Walt Disney World Resort theme park ticket ID Numbers. On your email confirmation, you should have received theme park ticket ID Numbers for each ticket, which you could then associate or
link to your My Disney Experience account to begin your planning.
Typically, for tickets that are purchased through disneyworld.com, you should have been presented with the option to either download the tickets as PDF Files or print them on the spot. Please check your computer downloads to see if they are there, as well, since the PDF Files are emailed to Guests, please check your Spam Folder, as sometimes emails land in that folder. If you still cannot locate your theme park ticket ID Numbers, please contact
Walt Disney World Resort "Existing Tickets" for immediate assistance and direction.
Rheal, once your theme park ticket matter is resolved, please proceed to
link your tickets to your My Disney Experience account, after which you can make your
Disney Park Pass reservations.
During your visit, look for the
Disney Genie service in your My Disney Experience app as it will offer a personalized itinerary based on the attractions, dining and experiences you like, as well the Disney Genie will present you with an updated attraction queue wait time for standby queues.
If you want to get through your attractions and not wait in lines, then for a small fee per person, per day, you could add the
Disney Genie+ Lightning Lane Entrance during each day of your theme park visit using the My Disney Experience app - the choice is yours.
Rheal, I hope you resolve your theme park ticket matter, thank you for consulting
planDisney, and I look forward to being of any future assistance with your planning again soon - thank you!
~
