Purchased tickets online and got them through email. Would like actual passes. Planning on going to Disney springs Monday to get them. Who all in my party needs to be present? Can I get tickets for all linked to my account?

Hey there, Rebecca! Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by with such a great question!

Rebecca, you can link your Theme Park tickets to your My Disney Experience account using the confirmation number in the email you received shortly after your purchase. You do not have to wait until you receive physical tickets to link to them in your account. I also recommend linking your tickets as soon as possible so that you can make Disney Park Pass reservations for the days you are planning to visit a park. Guests need a valid Theme Park ticket and Disney Park Pass reservation to enter the parks.

Rebecca, your Theme Park tickets can be picked up at the Disney Ticket Center in Disney Springs - conveniently located outside of D-Luxe Burger. Interesting, my landmarks always seem to revolve around food! Be sure to bring the credit card used to purchase the tickets, the person who purchased the tickets, and a photo ID with you when you pick up your Theme Park tickets. You will be able to retrieve the tickets for everyone on your confirmation. So you can leave all those extra hands at the hotel and hopefully sneak away for some solo time in Disney Springs! While you’re there, head over to Goofy’s Candy Company and indulge yourself in a sweet treat! After all of your Disney Vacation planning, you deserve it!

I hope this helps, Rebecca! The magic awaits!

    Until Next Time,
