    I purchased tickets online for my DisneyWorld Vacations. I no longer have the Credit Card I used, what happens when I go to Will Call to pick them up?

    You must be so excited that your magical vacation begins in just a few days. Soon you'll be immersed in the excitement of the 50th-anniversary celebration. From new attractions to dazzling nighttime spectaculars, there's something incredible around every corner. 

    To pick up your theme park tickets at Will Call or Guest Relations, I recommend bringing your photo ID and the confirmation e-mail you received upon finalizing your purchase. Either a screenshot on your mobile device or a paper printout of the confirmation e-mail and barcode will work fine. You can take care of this at any theme park ticket window or the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs. The tickets you receive will feature sparkly new 50th-anniversary designs; I can't wait for you to see them!
