Hi Joy!
Welcome to planDisney, and thank you for bringing this terrific Disneyland Resort park planning question to us hEAR!
Joy, I am so sorry that you're having a bit of trouble. I'd love to walk you through what to do. A few years ago the parks introduced dynamic ticket pricing for individual and multi-day park tickets which requires a guest to select which specific day(s) they'd like to visit Disneyland Resort. However, another step that has come along since the reopening from the historic pandemic shut down is the requirement to also have a Park Pass Reservation, which means you'll designate which park you'd like to visit which day, in addition to your date-selected tickets.
Park Pass Reservations are mainly an added protection in keeping the guest-levels in check to ensure that neither theme park is too crowded. The reservation system takes into account every guest who'd like to visit that day, including those with Magic Key annual passes. So yes, you do still need to
select which park you'd like to visit which day. I don't have the proper magic mirror to see what kind of tickets you have (either 1-park-per-day or park hoppers), but I've already checked the
Park Pass Reservation Calendar and both theme parks still have openings for today and tomorrow for both kinds of tickets. What you'll do is log-in to your Disney account, click the '
Make Park Reservations' button on this page and follow the instructions from there. If you encounter any issues making a reservation, the team at Guest Relations or the Ticket Booths should be able to assist once you arrive, however do be advised that they are encouraging guests to try as much that can be done online or in the
Disneyland Mobile App to limit person-to-person contact for these Cast Members.
I hope this helped to plan your Disney days, Joy, and We'll See You Real Soon!
