Hello Josie,
Are you ready to enjoy all the magic at the Disneyland Resort?
I'm sorry to hear that one of your Mouseketeers won't be joining you when you visit "The Happiest Place on Earth," but I do hope you're looking forward to all the magic that awaits you.
While
theme park reservations cannot be modified, they can be cancelled, and new theme park reservations can be made. The good news in your case is that you can choose to cancel theme park reservations for specific Guests on the reservation.
When you visit your
"My Theme Park Reservations" information in your Disneyland Resort account, you should see your theme park reservations and you should see the date for which you want to cancel the reservation. When you choose to cancel the theme park reservation, you'll be prompted to select the Guest or Guests for whom you wish to cancel the reservation.
Theme park tickets for the Disneyland Resort do have expiration dates that vary depending on the type of ticket. Just as a way of example, a 1-Day theme park ticket purchased today would be valid until December 30, 2022. A multi-day ticket purchased today would be valid until January 12, 2023, or until 13 days after the ticket is used for a day of admission, depending on which of these dates comes first.
One other quick note I can share is that if the theme park ticket does go unused and does expire, the price you paid for the ticket can typically get applied towards the purchase of a new theme park ticket.
I hope this information is helpful, Josie. If you have additional questions about the specifics of the theme park tickets you purchased, or want to check on the expiration date details for your tickets, you can reach out to the
Disneyland Resort Ticket Services team by calling them at (714) 781-4636.
Here's wishing you lots of Disney magic in your day today!
Jerry
