    I purchased tickets for 11 October and one of the people cannot go. How do I change the name on the ticket?

    I see you have a trip to the Happiest Place on Earth right around the corner. You're going to love everything about Halloween time at the Disneyland Resort. Happy hauntings await at both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park. One of my favorite things to do is ride the attractions that have special layovers for this spooky time of year like Haunted Mansion Holiday or Guardians of the Galaxy – Monsters After Dark. You'll want to make sure you don't miss out.
     
    I am sorry to hear that someone in your group can no longer join you in all the fun. Tickets at the Disneyland Resort are not actually assigned until you get to the turnstiles. Once you are at the turnstiles a Cast Member will scan your ticket, take your picture and assign the ticket at that time. You do not need to change the name on the ticket in order to use it once you get there. As long as the person using the ticket is in the correct age group for the ticket you will be fine. If you decide that you do want to change the name before you go you will need to call Ticket Services in order to do so.
