Hey Howdy Hey Heidi and welcome to planDisney!
As the excitement continues to build for your upcoming trip to the Most Magical Place on Earth, there is no better feeling than having your tickets all set as well as your hotel accommodations. Thank you for your question on tickets linked to your
My Disney Account. There are a few things we can review to get them linked and you are set to continue planning your Magical vacation.
When you purchase your theme park tickets, these should be Magically linked to your My Disney Account and
My Disney Experience app. I have found with my information that sometimes I see things a day or two in advance on my online account before I see it in the app. If you can see it on your account, you are in good shape. You can try to restart your app or uninstall and reinstall it to see if that helps. If you do not see your tickets in either location, you may have to link them.
After purchasing your tickets, you should have received an email of your purchase with a confirmation number. You may have to copy that number and link it to your app or online account. This part is super easy. Once you log into your app, tap the three horizontal lines on the bottom right and then tap on the "My Tickets & Passes" tile. Tap on the blue "+" on the top right of your screen and then the option to "Link Tickets & Passes". Follow the prompts and plug in the confirmation number you received to link your tickets
If you still are having issues linking your tickets or you get an error code, this looks like a job for our friends, the Cast Members! You may have to
give Disney a call and speak with a Cast Member about your ticket situation. They should be able to get this situation straightened out quickly.
I hope this information helped get your tickets linked to your account so you can get back to planning. If you have any further questions let us know, we are always happy to help!
To Infinity and Beyond,
Nick
