    I purchased tickets and have not received tickets so I can make my reservations for the theme park please advise

    If you purchased your tickets on Disneyland.com, you should have received an email a short time later including the details of your theme park ticket order and a confirmation number. If you successfully made a theme park reservation while purchasing tickets online, the confirmation email would also contain a QR code for each person in your party. Try searching for the words “Disneyland Confirmation” within your email inbox. You may want to also check your spam folder in case it was automatically filtered there for some reason.

    If you’re still unable to locate your ticket details but your credit card was charged for the transaction, please call (714) 781-4636 to speak with a Cast Member who can assist you further.
