I purchased my tickets but have not received any email or confirmation including my tickets

    Hi Cristy! Welcome to planDisney!

Oh boy! Only a few more days until you arrive for your magical Walt Disney World vacation! Let's dive right in and get you all set for your upcoming stay.

It seems like you are having trouble locating a confirmation email regarding your ticket purchase. If you purchased your park tickets directly through the Walt Disney World website, you should have been prompted to create a My Disney Experience account that your tickets will automatically link to. You'll then have the option to select a delivery method for your tickets. If you select "Mobile", you'll be able to utilize a MagicBand or the Disney MagicMobile service by downloading the My Disney Experience App to your mobile device. Your other option was to have them delivered using the United States Postal Service by standard or express shipping methods. By selecting this option, you should have received physical tickets by mail to use at the parks.

However, regardless of the delivery method of your park tickets, you should have received a confirmation email upon purchase. It's always a good idea to check your spam or junk mail in case the email was sent there instead of your regular inbox. If you are unsure if you created a My Disney Experience account, your best bet will be to call the Walt Disney World Resort and speak to a Cast Member for assistance. They should be able to check if any tickets have been purchased under your name and provide you with instructions on what is needed going forward.

If you purchased your park tickets through a third party, you will need to contact them directly to see where the issue lies. You should have received a Ticket ID Code that is specific to your tickets in order to link them to your My Disney Experience account. Once linked, you'll need to make park reservations to the parks you would like to visit each day. Park reservations are required along with a valid park ticket for entry into the theme parks each day.

Cristy, I hope you have a magical trip! Stop back and see us again at planDisney!

    See ya real soon!
