Keith, I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble linking your tickets. My guess is that Maleficent or another Disney villain might be to blame. Since the Fairy Godmother is busy

My Disney Experience account to link your tickets. Depending on the type of ticket, please refer to the examples you'll find on this page. For example, if you purchase tickets to pick up at will call, you'll enter the number shown below the barcode on the email confirmation page.
Keith, if you follow the steps above and match the number based on the example from that page and you still are experiencing problems, I recommend calling
the Existing tickets line to speak with a Cast Member.
