    We purchased tickets for next June. We are having difficulty linking our ticket confirmation numbers with the Disney app and have not been able to make our reservations yet because of it. Please help is link our tickets with our account.

    Keith, I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble linking your tickets. My guess is that Maleficent or another Disney villain might be to blame. Since the Fairy Godmother is busy bibbidi bobbidi boo-ing at the moment, I'll do my best to assist you! 

    I'll first direct you to THIS page where you can click on "tickets." You'll then be prompted to log into your My Disney Experience account to link your tickets. Depending on the type of ticket, please refer to the examples you'll find on this page. For example, if you purchase tickets to pick up at will call, you'll enter the number shown below the barcode on the email confirmation page. 

    Keith, if you follow the steps above and match the number based on the example from that page and you still are experiencing problems, I recommend calling the Existing tickets line to speak with a Cast Member.
