Greetings, Luc and welcome to planDisney!
Thank you for consulting
planDisney with your
Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets question, I appreciate your patience and apologize for the inconvenience.
Luc, rest assured, while Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets are non-refundable, Guests are able to use the value of the unused theme park tickets toward the cost of future tickets. For further clarification and to resolve this matter I recommend contacting
Walt Disney World Resort – Existing Tickets as soon as possible,
linking the new theme park tickets to your Disney account and then making
Disney Park Pass – Theme Park Reservations using the newly purchased or issued theme park tickets.
In preparation for your call, kindly consider adding the new theme park ticket option called the
Disney Genie+ service accessed via the My Disney Experience mobile app, which saves you time waiting in lines for attractions that offer a Lightning Lane entrance. You will also be able to add the Disney Genie+ service on the day of your reserved theme park visit any time after midnight to be ready for selections beginning at 7:00 AM.
Tips:
Add a payment method to the My Disney Experience mobile app to facilitate any app transactions that require payment, such as the
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering.
Using the
My Disney Experience mobile app, you can create a Disney MagicMobile pass with
Disney MagicMobile Service to access vacation essentials such as theme park tickets from your digital wallet on your mobile device.
Luc, I hope this information is helpful, I wish you all the best with your theme park tickets and a wonderful visit to Walt Disney World Resort.
Jacqueline
