Hi, Rebecca!
Welcome to
planDisney, and thanks for asking a
Disneyland Resort question. Hooray-- it looks like your pixie-dusted vacation is only about a month away! There’s so much magic awaiting you in the theme parks, so I hope you’re looking forward to exploring them both this summer.
If you purchased your tickets on
Disneyland.com, you should have received an email with details about your
theme park ticket order. Sometimes this message takes a bit longer to arrive than normal, but you should receive it the same day you made your purchase. I suggest that you try searching for the words “Disneyland Confirmation” in your email inbox, and be sure to also check your spam and/or deleted messages just in case it ended up there by accident. Once you find this confirmation email, open it and click “Access your eTickets” to view each ticket ID number.
You can also log into your Disney account on the
Disneyland mobile app to check if there are any tickets already linked, which would be another sign that the transaction went through and you’re all set to make
theme park reservations. If you’re still unable to find your ticket numbers, please call (714) 781-4636 to speak directly to a Cast Member who can assist you further. I hope this helps and that you have a wonderful visit to the Happiest Place on Earth, Rebecca! Please stop by again with more planning questions as your trip draws near.
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
